I was looking forward to have the site available because when I got my 485DI, it didnt have a manual for it. Called Tomball,TX and they said that the manuals arent available anylonger. So, I was happy to hear that this would be coming online..but, when I tried to put in my serial number, it doesnt recognize it. Well, so much for that plan. I am sure it will be a boon to some just as I was hoping it would be for me. Maybe its just too old for them to work with. But I still like the idea..

My tractor is a '95 Model 485DI # SP1362HT . As I bought it used, I dont know any info about it. Wiring problems, tach/proofmeter not working, and broken switches. But I do like it when I have it running, good power and easy to handle.

I called the 800 number in India and talked to live agent. I gave him my serial# and model# of my 485DI and he said he did a search for it and it didnt show up in system. I told him that I didnt purchase tractor new, that I was the third or forth owner of it. He said he couldnt do anything for me except give me the number of the local dealer and give a report to a supervisor. He said something about sending something to my email address, but I had a little difficulty understanding the accent and what he was saying. So, I will wait to see what info will be sent, if any. I will also try to contact the local dealer to see if any info can be obtained there. My son-in-law had talked to them another time about a problem that I was having but they didnt seem to know what to respond on the issue. I hope that I can get some info that I need to get going properly
