Sounds like pure concentrated snake oil to me and is sure to appeal to the perpetual motion crowd.
I have to agree. Its seems to me the most friction in an engine comes from sheering the oil, not metal on metal friction. Acid and carbon buildup in the oil, from blow-by and condensation, won't be helped with this stuff either. There is no way I'd extend my oil change interval based on their claims, but they do have a cute girl advertising the stuff, so that counts for something.
