No 2 stage PTO clutch?

Hi,

My neighbor has a 35 horse Kioti and when he clutchs it does not disengage the PTO at all. My rig has a two stage clutch, Does Kioti?

My Kioti LK3054 has the two stage clutch. You have to push down very hard for the PTO to disengage. Can't comment on the CK and/or DK35 though. Which one does he have anyway?

All CK models with manual trannies have 2 stage clutches. Must depress all the way to the floor.

Right,
Typically an inch or so down to disengage drive, just about all the way down to disengage PTO.
Kinda surprised he didn't notice this when EN_gaging the PTO driven implement... ???
The owners' manual should have at least some guidance on this and hopefully show where and how to adjust for it, usually a turnbuckle on the linkage rod.
If there is too much free play in the clutch pedal travel it MAY lead a failure to disengage the PTO clutch, i.e. you run out of pedal travel before the PTO clutch disengages, so start by checking the free play.

I have a 2007 DK45S and it does not have a two stage clutch.
