No Bids?????

How come there are no bids on this on E-Bay???? If I have the link correct there is a Harley Rake never used starting bid @ $4,800!! When I see no bids I start thinking that it must be a scam or similar,, I was thinking about bidding but my luck I'd finally win and I'd get screwed..

"Local Pick up only" is a deal killer for many.

Is that really that great of a deal anyway?

For a "Never Used" item it sure has some funny looking wear marks on the tooth drum.

Love those "carbine teeth". I guess they wanted the rifle version.

This appears to be only a moderately good deal, and like Duffster said, local pick-up doesn't work for most buyers.

More often than not, big items do not get bid on till the last hours or minutes of the auction. I would expect to see some pretty quick action towards the end.

I was watching an auction a couple of days ago with no bids with 12 hours left. In the end, one person bid 6 times to get it above the reserve.

Looks to be well worth the starting bid. I too would expect a last second snipe bid.
Will have to wait and see.
If it were closer, I'd bid the starting price at least.
But, now that all of TBN has been "alerted" of its existence on eBay, who knows what will happen.
