Loader No break out force

The bucket cylinders on my loader are weak. I think there's internal blow by. They're not leaking externally. I have no breakout force. I can angle the bucket and push it into the ground, but I can barely curl it out and up. Trying to uproot 5" saplings is next to impossible. It will stay level out of the ground. The whole loader drifts down gradually when engine is off. I do have a 4n1 bucket on it. When rolling it forward it will pull a vacuum on the cylinders and there's slop.

I know that was a mouthful. Removing the 4n1 is not an option. Do I need to get cylinders repacked? Fluid is full.

So I'm having the same problem with a 2004 CK 30 . Im trying to to make up a test quick coupler that I can just take the quick coupler off at the supply hose and get a reading from there . Sounds easy but - I can not find a #5000 gauge local - next the female quick coupler can not be found ( must be different than anyone else uses ) . Just want to know what the base line pressure is ? In the spring I had an old fence post I wanted to pull out . It would not even try to pull it - neighbor came over with a smaller JD and pulled it right out . Went to move some land scape rocks with the pallet forks and with the tractor reved up to 3000rpm . it would only move the Hydrolic lines a little bit ? I will do the Bypass test because the bucket will curl down on it's own . So just waiting for my eBay packages !

I have found 2100psi a safe place to be on my Kioti LK2554. Has good power but still protects the system.

If the cylinders worked at one time then it is likely they need a rebuild. I did mine on myJD loader. Not a big deal, just a bit of time. if you live near a repair shop I would guess less than an hour to rebuild each cylinder. Just a few dollars for seals from a hydraulic repair shop or a bunch of money for seals from the tractor dealer.
