No Front Axle Fluid

...i read an older thread a while back about the front case axle oil always needing more after delivery. well, same as jerky discovered...not even registered on the stick. however, i could see the fluid down in the bottom...so it's not dry but definitely very low....

Same happened to me. When I bought my 2660, the salesman went over all of the key points with me. He pulled the front axle plug, showed me how to check the fluid, etc. So I know it was full when I bought it.

After reading here that bx's often will have low oil in the front after using it a while I went and checked. Sure enough it was low. did not even show on the stick.

Thanks to the folks here for the heads up. I check it often and it has never been low again.
