I have a chinese tractor ty304 30Hp with Dj2102 motor

I was about to buy a fieldmower with integrated hydraulic collection bin. However, I have no remote Hydraulic valve on my tractor. I asked the vendor about this and he told me it is not possible to add it on my tractor ....

... is this really the end of my dream to work the field with it ???

if so, might there be another system that I can add, independent from my tractor itself ?

Thanks

Marcel

I think that vendor is wrong, if it has a hyd.3pt you can do it. If you have a loader it makes it easier to do. Start looking for another dealer.

These TY Tractors?
China Tractor For Sale, TY Tractor Factory, Walking Tractor Supplier

The web site isn't the most information filled one I've ever seen but what you're looking for (in their terms) is a "multi way valve"
Tractor Multi Way Valve

I'd have your dealer check again or go around him and deal with the company directly.

Other than that, you're always able to piece together your own system and there are lots of knowledgeable people here that can help you figure that out.

Thanks for your answer guys. To me this is an enormous releive as I don't know a lot about it..... yet :)

This morning I was really feeling bad, thinking I would never be able to work things like a real one.

The Ty tractors maybe chinese but as far as I can see they are good (price/quality)

Like you said , I did discuss with the vendor again and he is going ask his engineer. I'll know more tomorrow and keep you posted.

Thanks for the info on the kind of valve I need 2NDfire :)
Do you know if I can use the same valve later on if ever I want to connect a front loader ?

Hydraulics 11 for Beginners | Agriculture | Tractor Supply Co. might be a good place to start reading. All CUT & SCUT tractors use an open center design. The pump is always pumping the second the engine starts moving. Fluid floes in a big loop, often called power beyond. It will flow through that loop going through each valve unobstructed until it hits the last one (pretty much always the 3pt) then it dumps back into the tank (transmission case). When you actuate a valve it diverts flow from the power beyond loop to the impliment (everything downstream stops working) & that impliment moves. When you release the valve normal flow continues.

If you don't have a loader the only thing in your PB loop is your 3pt. You just have to tap into that PB loop before the 3pt making sure the pump is hooked to the in Port & power beyond line continues from the PB out port on to the 3pt. You'll also need to run a hose from the valve to the tank (usually a port called tank). You can add as many valves as you can afford or find space for on your tractor as long as they are appropriately sized, including for the loader.

Always make sure you have a relief valve right after the pump before any other valves. It opens up when line pressure gets to high & dumps fluid to the tank. If you don't have one the pump or hose will perform the same function opening up to relieve pressure... Like a handgrenade... Once.

Lots of info on here about open center hydraulic systems on these boards if you look. Your Chinese tractor might be a bit funky on some parts & engineering, but it will follow the same fundamental principles as every other CUT & SCUT on here.

Thanks for the help and info. I have been reading a lot and I do understand the principle:thumbsup:
Now all I have learn and figure out is :
-what material to purchase for my type of tractor
-how to mount it and (very important I guess) : where goes what ....

... still waiting for news from the vendor, hope he can tell me exactly what changes I need to make

I wrote to the vendor and this is what he said :

"the power steering and mechnical steering is different from the new model. different front axle, and different engine, it's will be expensive to change both front axle and engine, what about to buy a new tractor?"

(I wonder ... my tractor is "1" year old!!!)

I have added a few pictures of my tractor and in my wildest dreams I am imagining that someone out here is couragous enough to explain this dummie what I am looking at and how to solve my problem .... :(

It is obvious that your dealer does not want to help you!
He WANTS to sell you another new tractor.
Do not ask THAT dealer any more questions, he will not give you an honest answer.

Try asking in the Chinese Tractor forum. The pictures look a lot like my Jinma, the hydraulic pump in particular. Typical Chinese hydraulic plumbing is you cut into the line between the pump and the 3pt hitch with a male and female quick-connect.
