Yassir. Just drop implements when stopped. Have not used my parking brake in years. :D

How about the parking brake tied to the flashers? No maybe that is overkill, a flashing light on the dash? How about a hand that comes out and gives you a "dope-slap"?:p

I would have installed several dozen if I could source them.

That is hilarious.

Funny thing is, I NEVER have forgotten to take the brake off in the car. Just the tractor.

I think I have trained myself now to always step on the brake pedal before taking off. It was rough though. I have left it on in my truck but since it's an automatic I just stopped using it.

On my new Landini, there is a bright dash warning light, plus the brake lights stay lit when the Parking Brake is on. The brake lights being on is what has already reminded me several times, as I was getting back on the tractor, that the PB was set. :)

Guilty, yes, I've been in that spot several times. I too will drop the hoe and/or the FEL although I'm making an effort to always just step on the brake to release it in case the wife sets the brake.

yeah, there's a thread on how you would improve your kubota, and I don't think any of us were taken aback by "really annoying signal you've left the parking brake on would be nice".

Parking brake won't actually hold either of my machines on a hill - they creep a bit. Kubota warns that could happen in manual (I have foamed tires, ie lots of ballast). So I always drop bucket/attachment. Figure its a good habit.
