What type of lifts do they use for bus maintenance? Do you have any pictures of them after the fall? That would be enough of a scare for me to not even want to get under one on a lift after seeing it for the first time.

twin post hydraulic, just like at any automotive service center,'cept lift is bigger.

and electric lifts that slide under the wheels.

every vehicle that fell off a lift was mechanic error.

I noticed last time I was at a quick lube using a pit, that they had grates over the pit until the car was in place, would have been handy here! In fact this video would be a good addition to a sales video for that system. (also keep employees and customers from falling in). I'm sure the customer found some way to make the shop liable. It is usually a customer wo drives them in in these places.

This car appears to be a Pontiac Sunbird, forest green with one fog light (now two) out. I might be mistaken, but this could be the single best thing that has happened to that car. (I just am having recollections of the family vacation with my parents in the Sunbird rental that died on us three times on our seven day trip).
