Oil & Fuel No power

I just bought a kubota B8200. Ive changed the oil and fuel filter. In any ranges (low, medium or high I have very little power. This is a hydro trans. With
a front loader.
HELP!!!!!

Did you bleed air out of fuel line after fuel filter change?

Does the FEL have normal power lifting a load, or is it weak too?
