Non-stick paint

I've used Slip-Plate on my mower decks to prevent sticking and it works pretty well. The "trick" is to read the directions. After applying a thick coat or two, and after it thoroughly dries, you need to burnish the coating which leaves it smooth and very slick. One coating will last the entire season and prevents the acids from the grass eating into the deck. To burnish I use a fine to medium wire cup brush on a right angle grinder going over the surface like polishing a car.

Now for my 2750D blower, it get repainted (edit: with Chevy Orange engine paint) inside each season, especially inside the fan and on any exposed metal. Before a wet slow, I spray silicone liberally over everything, sometimes use PAM, the worst performer for me is WD-40. Also spray the shovels with silcone to prevent sticking.

UHMW plastic, particularly the black stuff with graphite in it is REAL slippery, and tough!

What I'd do is first fix/support the universal so that it runs true and doesn't slam into the sides. Then I'd wire wheel or even better blast the interior and coat with a couple coats of POR 15. Once that was done, I'd line with the UHMW. A bit of work yes, but it would last a LONG time.

Its less costly to use slick sheet leftovers from Horn Plastics
and the flat head bolts from Gemplers used to anchor thier
plastic panel systems.

Paint it with an epoxy paint. Epoxy is durable and it is slippery compared to other paints.
