Northern Hydraulic Post Hole Auger

I have had a Deere heavy duty post hole digger that I paid about $1500 for years. I have only used it a couple of hours since here in New England the soils are so rocky it's virtually useless. That's why I'm considering a hydraulic unit with downpresure.

I 100% agree, in rocky conditions hydraulic is the only way to go, but on the front or on the 3ph? A down pressure kit for the 3ph model would be a must in your contitions. Do you have a down pressure kit for your JD auger now?
