(BTW, you think we should open this up to any upstate NYers? )

Hey, I'm game for as many as we can get there! /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

The only constraint that we might have is the amount of time we have. We need to be at Smuggler's Notch in the afternoon, although I don't expect it's going to be that long of a drive. But other than that, would Sutton's be able to accommodate the extra bodies? You have a better understanding about that.

How many others do you think there could be? I know RichZ is around there somewhere, and maybe JohnMillerIII.

Hey, I say let's go for it! The more the merrier. And TBN'ers are always gracious and accommodating for each other, right?

You could do the same thing that Boondox did. Everyone who's coming to the Vermont Gathering...Ooooo, I LIKE that! /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif, gave him their e-mail address. So he just put them all in to a group, and then each person can reply to everybody at the same time. It works great at keeping everybody informed. You can start with your and my e-mails, which is posted in my profile. Of course, I won't be able to respond after this Friday, since we're leaving Saturday morning. So you'd need to keep everything going while we're travleing. Then you can let me know what's going on when you call me at the Holiday Inn in Lake George. Does that work for you?

Bob, do you realize this is the third thread that we've ended up discussing this in?? we really get around, don't we?? /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

One of my teachers from Michigan Tech was the construction manager for the Bridge. He was a wealth of information regarding how the bridge was built, the good and the bad.

The bridge is what divides the trolls from the yoopers. The trolls live "below" the bridge while the yoopers live above.

How can anyone live below the bridge with that current ? /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Petoskey is my home town so if any one is visiting there or the Northern area of Michigan and I can answer any questions Dont hesitate to PM me. We could always have a gathering at my place. For those with campers Cheboygen State park and several in Mackinaw are beatifull and near by. If any one wants to bring their tractor theirs lots of work to be done too. lol. Or we could just build a bonfire and roast smores to go with the cool aid /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Mackinaw city has changed dramaticly in the last few years. Dont miss the Spoon Foods store in Petoskey with all the free samples or Planked white fish. Home Sweet Home. Dave

Dave, you hit my weak spot! That's one of the many reasons I've picked Petoskey as our vacation spot next year. We were through there several years ago and did find the Spoon Foods store. Also a fabulous cheese shop near there. Nothing quite like a Bleu Cheese stuffed olive in the martini with crackers, Brie and Red Spoon Peppers along side.

As we are bringing our camper, I'll have to leave the tractor behind /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
