filled tank with new fuel, now no fuel coming into sediment bowl, any suggestions before draining tank to inspect also then what to look for?

Rust is a killer. You need to clean out the lines as well as the tank and the bowl, and if the bowl was in that bad shape, bad stuff got past it. I'd clean out everything, and maybe replace all your lines. Rust will kill an injector pump very quickly.

Look into an epoxy repair kit for your tank, too.

Try cracking a fule line at the injection pump. This will allow air to move and the fuel is fed by gravity not a pump.

Remove the bowl assembly and shoot some compressed air up into the tank/make sure you have a path from tank to bowl. With the bowl/valve off of the tank, do the same thing shoot compressed air thru it toward the outlet port, make sure the valve works and is on. Re-assembled, fuel should flow into and out of the bowl assembly with the valve turned on... then work toward the IP.

On the injector pump there is a bolt with a ring thru it. That is to bleed air. But I believe there is another screen at the inlet to the IP lift pump that you should check. Also look for fuel freely flowing out of the IP end of that hose with the tank valve turned on.

There is also a hand priming pump near that inlet fitting. Looks like a screw-on cap. Unscrew it and it will pop up as a spring loaded hand pump. You should be able to pump fuel thru the filter to fill the main IP body till fuel comes out of the fitting with the ring thru it. You can also loosen the bolt on top of the fuel filter to release any air as you pump the hand pump. Work from tank to IP to purge air until you get nothing but fuel at the ip vent then close it. With the shutoff cable in the run position and speed selector(throttle) at mid range, Loosen the fittings on the injectors and crank till you get the air out of the hard lines and it should start at the next crank:) dont forget to pull the speed selector back to the start position...
