well i took the lines loose one at a time on the new valve body and pushed the levers that go to the other valve body witch runs the wheel lift, and there is no preasure just steady flow of fluid. so what do you sugest i must have something in the valve body restricting the fluid.

If those are open center valves, and the pump is running, you will have fluid running as long the pump is running.

Pressure comes from the cyl resisting the flow.

When the IN and OUT hoses are connected, and the pump is running, move the lever to activate the wheel lift. The spool should redirect the fluid to the wheel lift cyl and if the cyl is doing work, pressure will develop and the wheel lift. If no or light load, you might see 500 psi on the hyd gage . If raising max weight, you might see 2000 psi.

Can you determine if the fluid from the pump is going in the IN port of one valve and the OUT hose from the first valve is going into the IN port of the second valve. The OUT hose from the second valve should go to tank.

J J i drew a diaghram of the 2 lines that run across to the valve body that runs the lift. the inlet and return both have fluild running

I am not sure you are using the correct ports.

In one of the pictures, I see the relief valve, and a port not connected.

On most valves, the IN port is located very close to the relief valve.

You seemed to using the two ports at the other end.

Are there any Letters imprinted on the valve ports?

well i fixed my hyd problem today and the pics are what my problem was these are called power beyond set's they had to be taken out of the inside of old valve body and put in new one. i had no ideal
