Not happy with spreader performance

I think the only thing you can do right now is go get some concrete sand and start throwing it, preferable somewhere like a parkinglot if you have one and visually inspect the spread pattern to rule out adjustment or mechanical issue, then you can work on the operator error part. :thumbsup:

First off, on this post, let me say that you have a beautiful place.

Now, that being said I'm a bit puzzled by the stripes too.

One thing that comes to mind, (and I'm just thinking aloud here) grass will only get so green. Maybe your application rate needs to be higher to even out the color. It will still be heavier at the overlap lines but like I said, grass will only get so green.

Woohoo!! more fertilizer...it's easy to spend other peoples money.

And like others have said, I'd see about checking the pattern on that spreader somehow.
