It must mean we Iseki owners have little or no problems to deal with :D . Sorry about all those poor Yanmar guys and their troubles....JUST KIDDING! ;) I guess I've got a case of cabin fever with all the snow outside from our one and only blizzard this year in So. CO. Guess I'll just have to keep re-playing the video clip my wife took of me on my Iseki a couple years ago, tilling away, until it warms up :(

Hi guys. I check in from time to time just to see what is going on. I have a Bolens G194. It is an Iseki TS1910. Around 25 years old. Always kept inside and around 1260 hours. Yes these are heavy well built tractors. I was lucky and got this one from the 2nd owner who had her for over twenty years. The first owner died a few months after buying it and his widow sold itback to the dealer. I work with the 2nd owner so I know the machine has been well maintained. Not the pretty colors but they are real work horses.:D

I've been following you guys for a while and this is my first post. I just bought a Massey 1250 and a 1260 and started the rebuild on the 1250. Does anyone know where I can get reasonable parts for these Iseki engines? Over $200.00 for a connecting rod and $1,760.54 for a crankshaft seems almost laughable.

What is the manufacturer of the engine? If it is an Isuzu your best bet is www.DESSCO.com in Utah. I've had good luck with pricing from their parts guy Mr. Hiner (Jim I think).

It's an Iseki TK532 E3CD class engine. I've been rebuilding those green and yellow tractors but I ran accross these Masseys. I have never paid anywhere even in the ballpark for Yanmar parts as what they are asking for these Iseki engine parts.

Yah, I don't know anything about Iseki mfrd. engines. They used to outsource them to Isuzu and Mitsubishi for sure, but now I don't know. Apparently the Isuzu two cylinder motor in mine is used as a power source for other industrial equipment and parts were easy to get from sources like DESSCO. They actually stock the parts here in the states. I was able to get four rockers and a rocker shaft for about $125.00 which I thought was pretty reasonable. The head gasket, a two piece metal composite with teflon rings around the water passasge holes, was $25.00 (this was all about 4 years ago). Hope you can find a source stateside for yours.

Bill

Oh, and did you try Rainbow Equipment in Hawaii? You know they are the only new equipment Iseki distributors for the US. I have bought parts from there too and seems like it was only the shipping that was a little higher than expected.

I bought a White, manufactured by Iseki, last summer. I have also been surprised by the lack of discussion on these tractors. So far i have been very pleased with the tractor. But I will definitely be looking for external part sources if i do have trouble. Agco has been great at supplying the parts, but they are high priced. $15.00 light bulb last week.
