Not running off road diesel?

Luckily lots of stations here in north idaho carry off road diesel and ethanol free regular gas. No fuel cards or any of the foolishness.

And as for being same gas…. I wired turbine pumps in service stations for years. Same fuel. Theres an inline dye device that treats the off road. This also helps keep the fuel fresh as off road isnt used as much.

I need to know, what do I need to mix in pump diesel?
Because the store down the road that sells off road diesel, there pump went down, and I'll need to run the car diesel, and I just got I injector pump rebuilt last year..
Thanks to Any who can help..
I've had more issues with off-road diesel fuel vs. truck stop diesel fuel.

The reason being, off-road fuel sits in the tanks so much longer and is not fresh like a frequent truck stop is. Old diesel in storage tanks in off-road and on-road is not a place to buy your diesel fuel.

Buy fresh (newer) diesel to keep your fuel system running its best.

Hmmm, how so?
What if a diesel vendor moves a lot of dyed fuel? Mine does. Never a problem in 12 years. I probably bought 20,000 gallons from him. Not one fuel related failure in 8 different off road diesel engines.

Don’t you think just the opposite could be true? I do.

100% correct.

100% correct.

I’m pretty convinced that the reason red diesel has a reputation for being dirty is people put it in nasty transfer tanks where the road fuel guys usually just drive to the station and pump it in eliminating that problem. It’s not uncommon for the pickups bed transfer tanks to have the nozzle just tossed in the bed collecting dirt which isn’t helping either.
