We are on propane and yes it is going up. Thats the bad part about winter, rising heating costs.
I would sure like to meet the feller that introduced these beetles into the US. I don't know if it is urban legend but supposedly they were introduced to control the aphids in the Pecan orchards. They sure can bite and boy do they stink when you handle them. I wonder if these beetles would burn? You could load them into a corn or pellet stove and heat your house /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif. Sure would have plenty to burn /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif.
Well I have digressed and will get back to the thread. It looks like winter might be arriving. The temperature has dropped along with the barometer and it is raining steadily. It is not suppost to warm up but continue cooling down.
