Now Christmas is over...

<font color=blue>When all else fails read the instructions</font color=blue>

Doug, when my brother was running the Matco Tool truck, he quickly learned that when he sold a new tool to a mechanic, the vast majority of the time, that mechanic would take the tool out of the box and throw the box and all the paperwork (manual, warranty card, etc.) in the trash can there in the tool truck. So he developed the habit of filling out all the warranty cards himself when he sold a tool and mailed them in. And the odd part of it was the fact that my brother, himself, is one of those who only reads the manual when all else fails./w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif

And as for the other places to lubricate, some ratchets and drills (not many) have a grease fitting, but almost all impact wrenches have either a grease fitting or an oil plug for the motor oil. And if you happened to have bought one of the few that do not, you have my sympathy./w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif
