Just about finished moving that 19.5 tons plus 6 or so tons left over from a previous dump. I'm about down to having to rake and shovel it. Got my trail through the woods all gravelled and my new culverted bridge across my little stream done. Already mowed the trails once. Bush hogged an area this afternoon to plant some wineberries and Carolina raspberries in a sunny nook off my lawn.
Made rows in my garden with my new disc hillers, mounted on the old 2x2 bar holding 7 chisel plows that I ripped the garden with in the winter.
Will be running mulch down to the garden soons I get something green to mulch around. Will use the bucket plus some plastic buckets filled with mulch from the loader strapped onto the bush hog. Be easier to do it this way rather than bother hitching up the Gravely cart to the back of the tractor. Gotta use buckets to distribute the mulch down the rows anyway. Got electric fencing and irrigation stuff in the way of getting tractor down the rows.
The FEL will be on call a lot just as a wheelbarrow and lifting device.

Had my first seat time today...ah, so nice. Disced some old brassica in a food plot, then disced some sod to let it loosen up so I can plow and eventually plant an acre of corn. Felt good to get the keester on the seat again!
Other projects include two acres of clover, a little grading, removing a few dead trees, moving some rocks (lots of rocks) and putting in some fence posts.

Just got my Kioti DK65 S last Friday (4-15) and already disc my 10 acres. Now it's ready for fertilizer which I hope to do this Friday. Then seed on Sunday. I already have 25 Hrs on the tractor so I hope I can get the rest done before I hit the 50 Hr mark.

This weekend I finally will get mine back out to my property. I've got a bunch of downed trees to cut up and move to the burn pile and if weather co-operates it'll go up in smoke. I also need to mow, but the ZTR takes care of that. I've got some brush to hog and some dirt to move and LOTS of rocks to get up, so I'll get to put the new toothbar on the FEL to work too.

SHORT TERM
1*Replace about 150 'of plastic drain pipe in side ditch.
2*Install 80 to 100 ' of culvert in road frontage ditch and fill in front yard to edge of road.
3*line a couple of other drainage ditches.
Long Term
1*Clear about 1/4 acre of trees and brush and re seed for grass.
2*Fill in and level for floors in 2 pole buildings.

The neighbor let me use his backhoe to take out the willow brush in the ditch that goes through my land. So know I got to clean it up. Then I got to pull out ten fence post. then I want to grade the banks of the ditch down to A more gradual slope.then I have lots of rocks. then we will be putting new steel on barn will use tractor&bucket forks for platform to put steel on.

same here, move dirt, cut grass, plow snow, cut grass, pull stumps, cut grass, plow snow. do some grading work for the new folks down the road , plow snow, cut grass, then plow snow. seems like the only time i don;t plow snow is JULY AND AUGEST /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif AND i ain't to sure about that /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

at home i got to,dig drainage ditchs along the driveway,cut trees and pull stumps to make garden larger,chip alittle brush,level some fill from those ditchs for a place to park my 3 trailers,pull a bunch of stumps.
At my mountain camp,where my woodlot is ,i got to build some roads,to get to some areas,i have two years worth of brush piles to chip.I also got a witch coming to find me water,im going to dig down as far as possible,and then put in a point.
I have 3 outside jobs lined up: a swimming pool installation,a 200 ft pipeline,and drywell,and some drainage pipe install around a guys celler.I have had alot of possibles too.
YES I ONLY GOT A SMALL KUBOTA...but alot of ambition!
