... but I would be more worried if the machine flipped over and bent the protective cage tubing in a way that would prohibit the occupants from getting out.


I noticed that there were very few triangles in the cage design.

I agree. The articulation in that lizard is hard to imagine. Crawling through washouts like that is hard to believe!

All he needs now is a stock vehicle under warranty.
So he can bolt the axle back on.
And tow it into the dealership.

And explain that he has no idea why the wheels keep falling off, but he needs a new axle.

Come on. Surely this guy knows what he's doing, right? This is like his fourth iteration that he's built.

It was obviously strong enough, but it probably could have been considerably lighter.
