Your engine parts manual will likely say it's a TY290. I also think it would be a good idea invest in an Operations and Maintenance manual for it. There are no English translation shop manuals. That "place in the midwest" to which you were referred, is likely their outsourced maintenance contractor. You can do just as well - maybe better - by dealing with member dealers here.
But when it comes to mechanical issues with the fuel delivery system (fuel pump, governor, injection pump, injectors), there's basically no owner repair that can be performed. And most pump shops don't want to bother with Chinese hardware. In most cases, owners are faced with the prospect of junking the old part and replacing it with new. Again, the member dealers are here to help with that too.
