I'll say it again. Kioti USA is really shooting themselves in the foot here. For very little money, they have the opportunity to foster a loyal and vocal customer base. I'm not talking about a full recall, just assisting victims with a couple of common, recurring problems. Instead, they insist on pissing off their customers at every opportunity (what was that woman's name?). Has anyone had a good experience with Kioti USA? Great tractor, lousy customer support. Unfortunately, prospective buyers seldom visit this TBN forum until after they own one.
