Have a 2015 NX4510 HST. i got it with 225 hrs, now has 250hrs. it has done a regen atleast 3 times in 25 hours. i always try to run it above 2000 RPM. i have no warning or ECU Lights on. after about an hour of standard load (running 6ft brush hog) i start getting exhaust temp light, i have noticed a intermittent fuel knock and now over heating. This tractor did sit for awhile without use so i thought maybe it was old/bad diesel fuel so i ran the tank empty and filled with fresh fuel, changed fuel filter, changed oil and filter, and i've pulled the DPF off to make sure no major obstructions. i'm out of easy fixes and the dealer is several hours away
So i guess my main questions are has anybody experienced this?
is there any other scan tool you can hook up to check balance rates on injectors?
has anyone had any luck pulling injectors and cleaning them?
has anyone deleted the DPF? from what i can see all that would need to be fooled is the pressure differential switch on the DPF

Good day. I have a 2016 NX4510 HST cab. Bought new fall 2018, and have 400 hours. Experienced auto regens every 30 to 40 hours until 40 hours ago. Then began to regen every 2 to 3 hours for 4 cycles, then a manual regen which put engine in limp mode. Also had a CEL light. Dealer attached laptop to check injectors and had one out of spec. Turbo also leaking a little oil into intake. Dealer replaced 1 injector and tractor running better. Still doing an auto regen every 10 to 12 hours so think turbo may have to be replaced. Think dealer needs to use their software to diagnose. You probably have a bad injector.

I have a generic Russian kit to delete (it simply sends a variable signal off of the presure different sensor back to the ECU), but need to fab the exhaust's "test tube." One of many projects that I haven't gotten to because I don't have a shop to work in at night. Anyway, I strongly suspect you have a leaky injector. You should bring your tractor into the dealer.

Can you post a link or where can I get this kit? TIA

I had this same problem back in 2019. I had a bad injector. My tractor is now doing it again but smoking bad this time around.

My tractor recently went through 4 regenerations in 15 hours. Pull off the intake hose that goes from your turbo to the intake. Look to see if you have oil in the hose. If you can wipe it out with your fingers your turbo seal is leaking. I had the issue back in the Fall of 2019 along with the #2 injector being bad. I was told that the oil leakage was normal back then. Most recently that seal blew in the turbo which caused the DPF to continually plug up and a massive amount of fuel to be dumped into the motor. My tractor now sits at a dealership with the cylinder head off as they determine the extent of the damage. Basically the excessive fuel dumping washed down the inside of my engine. It now has low compression. My tractor is still under warranty. I was told that you should not be able to wipe dripping oil out of the intake hose with your fingers. I wouldn't have to be dealing with this current issue had it been fixed back in the Fall of 2019. I did not agree with the oil leakage back then.
