Here is a picture of white oak extensions for my forks so I could raise the posts (7'x10'x12ft) by myself. Note chain hoist at the top so I can gently place the post on the footer gently and plumb.

Noce!
How are they attached?
I have the same tractor, any idea on how to set a 21ft pole into a 3 ft hole in the ground?

You could do it with a fairly short boom pole. You just need to hook the pole a little higher than half way up. Here's my fork extender.

My oak extensions are boxed and simply slide over the existing steel forks
In order to lift a 20foot pole vertical you must attach. 11 to 12 ft up so the end going into your hole will hang down and nearly vertical

Did something similar several years ago using a RR tie. Broke the first one so we were more selective on the second.
