It actually folds down, I should have taken a photo with it down but I was frozen stiff! The good thing is it doesn't get in the way getting in or out.

Darn you LS for not offering the U series & up with HST! I'd still be blue if I could have the U5020/5030 in HST cab

Funny you say that. I have been looking for another smaller tractor but I can't find any with a power shuttle! My last two tractors were HST and now that I have driven the power shuttle for a year I much prefer it.

To be fair I have only driven the power shuttle in bigger tractors with the hi-lo feature. There's always enough grunt and once you have the gear selected, I hardly ever touch the clutch. Not sure if this would be the same on a 30 hp machine. (Plus all these smaller machines seemed cramped!) :thumbsup:

Thanks for the link. Mine are metric and it took a 13mm wrench so does that mean I need a 13mm cap?

The yellow lever is the 540/750/1000 PTO selector and the red one is the Hi/Med/Lo selector.

I think thats how it works.

You might check with John - they may have something down there that you could use too - I am sure several tractors used something like them over time.

Also Lowes may carry something too... or Fastenal (although I dont know where one is now that Ontario closed)
