The tractor was listed for sale in an auction on eBay but I have removed the add because of some 'serious' buyers . They promissed they will buy the tractor from me but proved not to have the money . The tractor is already at the shipping company in San jose, CA. I have registered the tractor with eBay's Vehicle Protection Program and they work only with das auto shippers, so a local pick-up is not an option. This transaction is covered by eBay's Vehicle Protection Program up to 50,000 USD and if something goes wrong in this transaction you will be fully refunded. In the invoice you will have the details on how to make a refundable payment and shipping back the tractor will be my concern. I strongly assure you it will not be the case for a refund. I have used eBay's Vehicle Protection Program in the past and all my transaction ended succesfully. You pay to eBay and they will transfer the funds to me only after you get the tractor. Shipping will be door to door, to your home address, somebody must be home when the tractor arrives.
If you decide to go ahead with the transaction please email me your full name and shipping address in order to proceed with eBay's process.

If you decide to buy it, you'll receive all the papers, owner manual, keys, a buy-sell contract already signed by me. For this transaction I want to use ebay because I want to provide you a fast and very secure way. Had similar tractor and good deal ! When I contacted him he said the tractor was in Alaska. So I emailed him back and said great I have a brother there that could have a look at it! Never heard from him after.
The cheap price apparently has to do with fraud under $5000 is less of a charge. So I was told.

Regarding how to report these fraudulent listings....make a specific posting in the new/feedback section or send Muhammad a PM. Apparently they are trying to come up with a simplier way to do this but for now that is the best approach.
