Rake Of landscape rakes, posthole diggers, and

garden tractors /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Is there any landscape rake that is suited for a 24hp garden tractor? What about a posthole digger? If yes to either of these, is a manual sleeve hitch ok, or is it better to get an electrical one?

Cool - since I know nothing about this type of thing, bear with me here - can this rake be set to scrape loose things (ie branches) off the ground without disturbing the grass (or disturbing minimally), or it is going to pretty much tear up what it's dragged through?

Well, it's pretty aggressive and will tear up anything loose such as moss etc. And the bigger and heavier it is the more it will tear up. I did use mine (5') on my yard and it didn't tear things up too bad. It picked up sticks and branches pretty well but it doesn't really work for raking up grass.

That's good actually - I wouldn't want it to tear up grass, at least not in a major way, and would for the most part want it to pick up sticks/branches and stones.

If you get the guage wheels, they are usually adjustable to set the height of the tines above the earth/dirt/grass. Changiing the toplink length determines how aggressive the tines are.
