Hey there guys,
I changed the hydraulic filter on my L2800DT today. The SUDT that I drained out (and put back in) was darker than brand new stuff. It didn't smell burnt or in any other way unusual. I've been attentive to the tractors maintenance but I will admit I pushed the hydraulic filter service 30 hours over
schedule, shame on me.
Anyhow, what do you think? Should I have replaced the fluid or just do it at the 400 service? An afterthought was to have it analyzed. Because of technical difficulties /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif, I had to add a gallon of new, so I figure an analyses wouldn't be true.
Thanks,
C.M.
