Oganizing a tool bench.

I am in the process of organizing a tool bench. In the past I have seen an under counter mounting bracket that allows a bench grinder (or other bulky tool) to be mounted on, then when not in use, is able to be swung down and out of the way.

Does anyone have experience with something like this? I'm having a hard time finding it but I am positive it exists:confused2:.

I made a few benches and have a 3 inch square tube mounted under the bench that I have piece of Oak in for the times I have a long piece in the vise, If you had two beams you could have a slide in mounting platform for most any tool you want.
