OHIO GUYS listen to thiis

I just found out that Ohio has a tax form you can file for getting back taxes that were illegally paid.
Charging road tax on fuel being used of road is an illegally paid tax.

This being the case there is no reason for anybody in OHIO using fuel off road to pay the higher on road fuel prices.

The time for filing motor fuel shrinkage refund claims is increased from 60 days to 120 days after June 30 and December 31 of each year. The time for filing other motor fuel refund claims (off road usage or used outside Ohio, mass transit and sales by non-dealers outside this state or to the U.S. government) has been increased from 180 days to 365 days.

Anyone that delivers #2 fuel oil can drop all you want! You just need a "proper" tank is all

Nobody around here sells it that I know of.

The 250 gallon minimum requirement makes this impractical.
So it's not feasible.

No 250 gal limit from MY supplier?? Less that a "fill up" costs you transportation charges... I get from 350-400 gal of fuel oil each fall..and they will ( at the same time) bring me any amount MORE that I want..as long as I have a proper tank for it.
