Oil bath air filter

/ Oil bath air filter #11
Rick, Ford_Tractor was talking about changing oil bath for cold/winter operation and I was explaining why I don't change it.

I understand that. Point being, many folks use either 10W-30 or 15W-40 year around in their engines. And if they do, the same oil is perfectly fine in the oil bath air cleaner.

Summer gets up to 100F and winter gets down to -30F. If you live in less extreme temperatures, then you're good to go with only one oil.

i love em. never have to go far to get a new air filter.

only so of my 'many' tractors have dry elements.. :) rest are oil bath.. :)

of those, about 90% of them use the same oil filter.. thus I'm not having to stock a parts store worth of filters for my hobby fleet.. :)
