Oil Filter Help

I have a GC1705 and would like to know what other oil filters fit this, like what it the right item number. I can not find the info for the life of me. Any help would be appreciated greatly!! I would like to be able to just go to a auto parts store and pick one up verses driving 50-60 miles to get one from the dealer.

Call the MF dealer, get a price and the part number. Then call NAPA or someone else to cross reference it. Once you got the number you may find something online also.

Deere Dude is spot on. I continue to use Kubota products because I buy in bulk and the dealer is not that far out of the way. Otherwise, I have found that NAPA has every single filter I need, should I ever choose.

There is about 20 threads and 20 different sites that can tell you interchange of ENGINE oil filter...

Real headache is what is the hydrostatic trans filter.... Most references for HSD are to MF part number... Best I can determine it is a metric thread and MF service manual states it is 10 micron and a M20x1.5 (metric) thread.... Any cross reference to MF HSD part number comes up ZILCH, but WIX and Baldwin seem to indicate that there is filter out there BUT will not give a part number.... BUT possible WIX 57089 or NAPA 7089 but x-ref state it is a23 micron, might work but no guarantee....
