Oil Filters

   / Oil Filters #21
Hi Greg,

I was told that english manuals for my tractor were not available. I have a operation manual for the US 226 and a service manual for the same machine. The service manual is 2" thich and loaded with photos illustrating different procedures. Unfortunately, those photos appear to be photo copies that are too dark to be legible. As a result, the book is not nearly as valuable as it could be.

If anyone has a source of service manual and parts manual of my actual 1610 AND the photographs are legible, I would appreciate it. /w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif /w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif

Gary,
I guess I should have been a little more detailed. The parts manuals I have are all in Japanese. It has every part of the tractor in blown apart diagrams with part numbers. It is very easy to identify most stuff - especially things like filters. Bearings and seals are pretty easy to figure out also.

I used the parts manual for my 1110D to rebuild the engine and front axle. The parts diagrams are excellent. The manuals you have are good and very useful, but the parts manual for your tractor is an absolute must. By the way, the original Yanmar manuals I have seen don't have great pictures to start with. Most are very dark and difficult to make out.

Greg,
You can add 1401d to the same list. My 1401d uses the same air, oil, fuel filters as my 1510d and 1702d.

Champion is about 20 minutes from the house. They also produce Luberfiner products.
