I don't subscribe to to the idea that the second you put 30 year old oil into a new engine it's going to detonate like a nuclear bomb. Chances are if you do have a problem it'll be slightly more wear when the engine is cold and possibly fouling plugs. You also could be down on power. I watched a show about what happens when the wrong weight oil and having too much oil in a car engine. They used a dyno to show that oil actually robs some power in those conditions. I'm sure you will not notice a 1% or 2% loss in power. If it was me, I would turn the bottles up side down (making sure the caps don't leak) and let them sit for a few days so anything that has settled to the bottom has a chance to migrate towards the top.
