Oil leaks on exhaust manifold Fiat 100-90

Hie I have observed some oil leaks on exhaust maifold on my Fiat 100-99. Its a second hand tractor and I have no history of the tractor. Its not smoking at idling and at high revs. What could be the issues?

Are you sure it's oil and not wet stacking? Google "diesel wet stacking" for more info.
