Just going from memory on my former CK40HST, I'd say yes.
On the NX45HST, the drive shaft goes through the center as well.
I've pondered the process of a what if scenario.
If it is necessary to repair a small leak, look at the clearance from the drive shaft to the pan.
Maybe it's possible to drop it a bit, clean pan and insert new gasket?
If you have a contact with your dealer, I'd ask him if it's OK to speak with one of the techs for their tricks and tips.
I do that quite often when I go to get supplies. It's my excuse to stay in their memory bank that I'm one of their customers and support their shop.

Pulling the front drive shaft to remove a split sump oil pan isn't a big deal on any tractor in reality. You don't have to remove the output section, just pull the shield back, remove the coupler and allow the shaft to swing down and remove the pan.
