Seems ok to me for a cold engine. Even better for a warm engine.

Well, you may have misinterpreted the manual. What it says is 0.2 to 0.4 MPa, which - when converted from metric - is 29 to 58 psi. They're trying to tell you that (up to) 58 is ok right after starting a cold engine, and that it should run at least 29 once warmed up to operating temperature. Further, pressure as low as 7 psi at idle (900 rpm) is acceptable. I've had 4 Chinese tractors, and they all ran consistent with similar numbers spec'd in their respective engine manuals.

I have a Jinma with a similar engine. I see 55 at startup then about 25 after good and warm. I see about 10 when warm at low idle.

Cold temps and cold engine mine can run upwards of 80PSI, has since new with a direct reading gauge. Warm it can drop back into 20 psi at lower RPM. and have seen it HOT down around 10 idling to cool down.

really?

my old fords with red tigers in good condition run that high.. and they are gassers from 1953-1964

50-60 psi startup cold is 'bragging rights' type oil pressure...
