Learned people the Oil Pressure Warning Light on my TX1510 has started coming on at low revs just recently what would be your possible diagnosis......please not expensive!!!
The least expensive thing to do is remove the warning light sensor and put an oil pressure gauge in its place to see what's REALLY happening. You may just have a defective sensor. The gauge will tell you for sure whether the fix is expensive or cheap - it will not tell you the fix unless it is indeed just a failed sensor. It's a starting point.
Many thanks for your reply and my apologies for the delay in replying. Rather than spend cash we haven't got right now on a gauge as the tractor was due its annual oil/filter change I did that but also put a new connector on the sensor and touch wood the light no longer comes on at low revs but obviously time will tell.....
