Hello All Again,
I had my tractor out again this Weekend and parked it for lunch with the right side of the tractor lower than the left side, maybe 6 to 10" lower, anyhow, when I got back from lunch I noticed that there was oil on the ground, when I looked even closer I noticed the oil was coming out of the axle breather cap. Is this to be expected? do I need to add additional oil?
Thanks everyone in advance,
Rick

I'm thinking the axle was overful to start with, only fill to bottom of the half shaft inside the axle housing. Otherwise I guess you could park on the hill facing the other dirction to keep the vent on the uphill side. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

It's normal, my KM454 does it too - moreso when the fluid's already warm and thin. I've learned over time to park as Chip suggested, with the vent on the uphill side if/when shutting down on an incline.
