Oh, sorry. It is clean because it's brand new. It was helped over by an old guy in a minivan who wasn't paying attention and "didn't see" the tractor. I was talking to the dealer and one of his employees had just finished putting the tractor together and was taking it around the block (literally) for a test drive when he was clobbered from behind.
I didn't see the accident, but I was there within a minute or so after it happened and I helped the dealer set the Branson back upright. I think the only damage to the Branson was a bent right rear wheel. That is where the minivan hit it from behind. The young guy who was driving the Branson will live, but I think he may now always use the seatbelt on a tractor. If he would have been wearing it, odds are good that he would have been completely uninjured. But, I could always be wrong.
Anyway, a new right rear wheel and a new top half for the ROPS, and the Branson is new again. The top half of the ROPS only needed to be replaced because of heavy scratches from the asphalt. Also, I apologize about not giving more details earlier. With all the excitement, I didn't honestly notice the model of the Branson. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif It did fire right up and was driven back to the dealership. I was standing talking to the owner (dealer) when one of his employees started it and drove it off - without wearing the seatbelt! /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif The dealer "had to go" then. He said he needed to have an employee meeting about wearing a seatbelt at all times while driving a company tractor. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
