Given that wikipedia accepts user input he could define and give pronunciation guide for R.O.P.S. and then refer to it as THE WAY, the documented professional last word!

After extensive research and conversations with the most educated minds in the area I have found that the correct pronunciation for the ROPS is.....MAN..I am just glad I had that roll thingy up when it tipped!!!! ^%$#@! How am I going to explain this to her

And, was that comment about digging a hole or something directed at me? I have so far, cut down a huge elm tree, moved and stacked the wood, and loaded the bad wood into the brush pile. Smoothed out the driveway. Cleaned up a grain storage building and started cleaning up the horse barn. That FEL is the most useful thing I ever could have purchased with this tractor. On the land front, I may get a post hole digger as we are planting 6 apple, 6 pear and 6 peach trees as well as some other trees this spring. I get to borrow a roto-tiller. I am going to sell the 8n to get some money for more implements (AKA Toys). Thanks again for all the inputs and advice..truly useful.

I realize you have an attorney on retainer and on call 24-7 to advise you on matters legal but wonder if you are "free lancing" some of your decisions sans counsel?

If I were to choose to post disclaimers on a routine basis regarding my own posts, I think I would take the easy way out and post a notice under the auspices of "management by exception" and post the notice when I am entirely serious, which throughout an entire post is hardly ever if at all. For HTML slingers, would that be [serious content=on] followed by [serious content/]????

Yes I considered just a general disclaimer that any posts I make were not serious and had a high degree of levity attached to them unless I made a specific announcement that the next ? number of words would be a serious statement and to take them in a manner that would suggest I really mean what I say. I am still doing research on that idea. The above post was an interem post to allow me more time for research before deciding on a position that would enhance the readers evaluation of what I am saying.

The only problem with having an attorney on call 24/7 is that paying for after hours advice can be very demanding. I try to limit my questions to straight time rates that I can afford to pay.
