JL, do you know if this tractor is financed and payments still due? If so could he be using this as an excuse to walk away from it? Maybe it doesn't matter to you, since I would guess it would become the finance companie's issue. If not fianced you could have a TBN auction, get your expense out of it, and if $$$ is left over, give it to your favorite charity... Of course it may be that charity does begin at home. :thumbsup:

Are you now or will you begin charging storage? Not like hes a particularly good customer your trying to keep. Id be charging him. If this goes where i think it is, the fees could be used as a good negotiating chip.
I left him a message and sent a letter saying storage charges would start on monday. Ball is in his court now.
