I attached some pics of a old grider that runs off a belt drive like on a model b john Deere and etc tractors. Does anybody know what brand it is or anything about it. I took as many pics of key things I could find. The one pic show the last letters of the name on the front and back of grinder. I thinks it's ured or something like that. I just can't make out the whole name. Also Anybody know what they are worth? I imagine its somewhat old. This one seems to still be able to work. Everything moves freely and levers move. It was stored inside a shed. I imagine it would grind corn right now.
Any help would be Great.
Thanks !

Yeah I seen that one already did a quick google search. It's similar but the last letters painted on mine don't match up to anything thats on that grinder. I thought I had a match too when I seen that!
Thanks

It looks to be built by International Harvester. With the spoke flywheel, it was most likely meant to run with to be run with a hit-n-miss engine.

I thought that too but I just don't know. The words on the one side don't mAtch up with any letters in international harvester. But I need to try to figure it out. Thanks for helping.

Many tractors in the '40's had a flat belt drive pulley adjacent to and geared with the PTO (Farmall) or some on the side. Used for hammer mills, feed grinders, etc. an 8" x 40' belt would power such machines. Black Strap Molasses was commonly used for belt dressing.

Here's a couple of McMcormick-Deering I searched out. One site did say that the McCormick-Deering was originally blue with graphics.

I think DeeDubya nailed it... If you look close enough at picture #4 you can almost make out the McCormick name in the rust
