Old Diesel fuel Additive

Never opened bottle with intact inner seal. 12-18 months from breaking the inner seal. Have pushed it to couple years after opening. Haven't ever looked for a "best used by date" on the bottles purchased. Using PowerService, the anti-jell cetane booster version during winters for more than a couple decades. No known issues.

Previous posts are useful but if you think you need to get rid of it, most recycling places will take stuff like paint and, what they would call fuels and such, etc. Replace them with the AMSOIL options attached.

I'm pretty sure the OP's notation means the shelf life of the treated fuel, not the additive itself - sitting in its bottle.. I only treat the fuel in my 5 gallon jug, then use it up.

It’s pretty clear the op was talking about the shelf life of the additive not the treated fuel.
Well this is straight from the FAQ's of the Power Source White Bottle web site:

What is the shelf-life of your products?

Indefinitely in a sealed container. Once the seal has been broken, the best practice is to use the product within 12 to 18 months.

I withdraw my earlier assumption. ;)
