Reminded me of pics in the reproduction McCormack Deering book I bought when I restored my Granddad's 1929 Model 22-36 (higher horsepower 15-30).
The "tech" or "mechanic" was wearing a shirt and TIE, and coveralls while working on the tractor. Or the one showing him lifting the head off (weighs about 80#s I'd guess)--he was reaching in with his arms fully extended and lifting it off the studs. Or the one showing you how to raise the rear wheel to change the bearing, using a timber and fulcrum piece of wood. It did suggest "if you have access to a floor jacket, that is preferable........"
Brought back a lot of memories.
