Apparently lists steam engines around the USA, North America, Cuba, and Australia.
Those in Merrill are listed as "Stored", except for one listed as "dismantled". Certainly the parts are worth far more than the weight of scrap metal. Ever see anything listed as steam-anything on E-Bay? I'd bet one could sell each rivet for at least $10 each!!!
I'm not seeing the "Goose" listed, and the notes you posted of the transfer of a train from Cottage Grove to Merrill are concerning. I suppose I need to make a trip to Cottage Grove and see what happened.
