OLD FARMELL TRACTOR ID HELP

I was thinking SC also till I saw the battery location. Our neighbor bought a new SC in about '56, sure was a sweet tractor, but got burned several times riding the thing, kept shooting hot scales of some kind out the exhaust. I think it was paint from the inside of the muffler since it stopped doing that after a while.
