Old Homelite XL-12 MSRP?

Does anyone know what the MSRP was for these saws when they were released in 1963/64?
Best info I was able to find was $340 MSRP in 1982.

I am just curious, doing a little history on my old saw that I inherited from my Dad.
Still going by the way, after a oiler check valve replacement.


Side Question. Anyone have a source for parts? My local supplier just doesn't have much anymore for a 54 year old saw.
Not quite ready to let her go yet.

All the parts are available for that common saw, on eBay. You can get parts used, of course, but
many are also available new-old-stock, and aftermarket as well.

My dad bought the XL-12 back in 1964 ( a GREAT saw!)
He died in 1984, and I kept using it until about 1994.
Finally it would not start.
I was going to take it to the dump, because I was told it would be too expensive to fix.
Listed it on E-Bay as a not running XL-12
Sold for $75 + shipping. Woman said she bought it for parts for her husband.
